We are thrilled to announce that, following the close of the nomination phase, a record-breaking 545 venues from 73 countries will compete for a coveted spot on The World’s 100 Best Clubs™ 2025 list. This figure marks the largest edition yet, surpassing last year’s 420 nominated venues by more than 100 and setting a new record for both nominated venues and participating countries.
Regarding the 10 countries with the most nominations competing to be on this year’s list include the United States (85), Spain (81), United Kingdom (45), Australia (25), Colombia (24), Italy (22), Canada (20), Japan (15), Germany (14), and the United Arab Emirates (13). Also, the top nightlife destinations with the highest number of nominated venues include Ibiza (17), Las Vegas (13), Dubai (13), London (12), Barcelona (11) and Marbella (11). This year’s edition has also welcomed six countries on the list of nominees, including Albania, Bolivia, Georgia, Iceland, Panama, and Sri Lanka further highlighting the growing global influence of the nightlife industry. Each of these prestigious venues are vying for a spot on The World’s 100 Best Clubs™ 2025 list or hoping to claim the coveted title of The World's Best Club 2025.
As you’ll recall, during last year’s edition, the winners of the Golden Moon Awards and The World’s 100 Best Clubs 2024 list were announced on social media due to the cancellation of the International Nightlife Congress and Golden Moon Awards gala as a result of the DANA flooding in Valencia, Spain. The title of The World’s Best Club 2024 was awarded to Hï Ibiza (Ibiza, Spain), followed by Green Valley(Camboriú, Brazil), Ushuaïa Ibiza (Ibiza, Spain), Bootshaus (Cologne, Germany), and Echostage (Washington D.C., USA).
This year, the list of The World's 100 Best Clubs™ 2025 will be unveild at the 10th Golden Moon Awards Gala on November 19th, alongside the celebration of the 10th International Nightlife Congress, takin place on November 18-19. This will be our biggest edition yet! We’ll be announcing the location of the events soon, so stayed tuned!
Nominees to Be Announced on Social Media from April 1 to 14
As we informed you some days ago, following the nomination phase, nominated venues will be announced on INA’s Instagram from April 1st to April 14th (@nightlifeinter). The popular voting phase will run from April 15th to October 31st. During this time, the public can vote for their favorite club via a dedicated voting platform that we will share in advance so that you can ask your followers, fans, and clients to vote for your club.
We encourage all clubs to actively participate in the voting process by promoting their clubs on social media. Remember to tag us in your posts (@nightlifeinter)! You can also use the hashtag #theworlds100bestclubs2025 to join the conversation and connect with other participants.
After the public voting period it will be the turn of the professional jury
Subsequently, from October 1st to November 15th, a panel of experts will carefully evaluate various factors to determine the final ranking. These factors include the clubs' 2025 artistic programming, security measures to protect clients and staff members, VIP amenities, online reservation capabilities, quality of service, social media activity, national and international awards, achieved distinctions, acoustic quality, soundproofing measures, MRT system and commitment to the UN's sustainable development goals. The expert panel's evaluations will be worth 50% of the final result.
To ensure the professional jury has all the necessary information about each club, an information request form will be sent to all candidate clubs ahead of time, allowing them to provide all the necessary details. The professional jury's scoring system ranks each item by the number of points given, and the jury members’ votes are added to the total score.
