Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge is raising the bar for fine-dining vegan food with the launch of its extensive vegan menu. Determined to transform the pre-conceptions on meat-free dishes, Cavalli’s award-winning kitchen has curated a mouthwatering menu of delectable options that both meat-eaters, vegans and everyone in-between will love.
Having been awarded the prestigious Gastromoon given by the International Nightlife Association, Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge is renowned for having an impressive menu featuring a range of incredible flavours, textures and cuisines.
Start with one of the spectacular starters including quinoa salad with watermelon, asparagus, avocado cherry tomatoes, mix nuts and vegan mozzarella, pan seared tofu with, roasted capsicum, crushed edamame and avocado cream, pan fried polenta with mushroom ragu, rocket leaves and sun-dried tomatoes or a selection of vegan sushi.
Moving on to middle courses, satisfy appetites with a choice of Bamboo’s Gluten free pasta with sautéed mix mushroom, garden peas puree and truffle, Parmigiana di melanzane with melted vegan cheese or smoked Spinach and asparagus or risotto with vegan cheese.
Be prepared for tastebuds to be wowed and decide between one of the three main courses, porcini mushroom pizza with boiled potatoes, vegan mozzarella and truffle paste, gratinated grilled zucchini with panzanella salad, vegan. mozzarella and breadcrumbs or roasted capsicum stuffed with mix vegetable, tomatoes coulis and melted vegan cheese.
